Not sure where to start

Find out which part can't carry the growth

An honest diagnosis of your organisation, in about a month. Where it's stuck, what that's costing you, and what to do first.

Something isn't working, and naming it is the hard part.

Meetings go in circles. The same three people carry the weight, whatever the org chart says. You keep solving one problem in a different shape. Everyone has a theory: it's the team, it's communication, it's that we need another hire.

And the bigger this gets, the more each month of guessing costs. In money you've been given. In people you've hired. In the goodwill of everyone who signed up and is still waiting to be asked for something.

What I do

I come and look. Over about a month:

  • An intake session with the 2–3 people who oversee the organisation — we agree who I speak with and what documents exist — 1.5 hours
  • A structured questionnaire to your key people
  • 4 to 6 conversations with team members, volunteers and board members — 1 hour each
  • Document analysis — structure, roles, strategy, whatever is written down
  • A joint session with your leadership team — findings, priorities, where to focus — 2 hours

I read what you've written down, and I watch how decisions actually get made, which is rarely how the documents say they do.

What you get

The Blueprint itself: a written, actionable report.

  • The biggest opportunities for your movement right now
  • What it costs you to leave them on the table
  • Quick wins you can start within two to three weeks
  • The longer work underneath, in an order that makes sense
  • Tools and formats so it doesn't stay a report
No sticky notes. No generic framework. No two-day session that ends in a photo of a whiteboard.

And after that

The Blueprint stands on its own. Plenty of organisations take it and do the work themselves.

It's also phase 1 of Movement Boost. If you decide to continue, the fee comes off the programme.

“Just read your advisory report. Absolutely excellent! I basically agree with everything in it. This is a must-read for our new director, communications lead, and board members. A great guide for everyone thinking strategically within TPC.”

Stop guessing

For organisations that are growing, have something at stake — funding, staff, a promise made to members — and want to stop guessing about what's actually in the way.
