Emmy Mol is the founder of Social Movement Lab nd a strong believer in the power of progressive social movements. She emphasizes their role in challenging the status quo and driving the change needed to strengthen democracy and advance social, political, and environmental security worldwide.
She is now building Social Movement Lab, aiming to become the go-to resource for grassroots organizers and changemakers to build strong foundations, grow intentionally, and support their people to create real, lasting impact.
I’m an end-to-end developer specialising in data, scraping, AI and web development. I work on the NEXUS platform where we gather data to connect activists and funders. I think strategically about what our data looks like and where we can make the most impact. I automate things but always remember the human interactivity that is required for success. In my free time I like to read philosophy, politics and the latest developments and implications of AI. I like turn based strategy games and rogue-like auto-battlers with deck building card games and more.
